CANCELLATION
How do I cancel my enrollment/ subscription?
Contact customer service via phone or email to submit your cancellation request. Provide your name, phone number, email address, and the reason for cancelling when submitting your request.
When will my cancellation take effect?
When you cancel, your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current subscription month. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your cancellation request.
Please note that your subscription fees for previous and current month are generally non-refundable.
Members who have only enrolled:
If you have purchased the enrollment and are currently in our que your purchase is non-refundable. You may cancel your prepaid subscription but you will not be able to obtain a refund.
Your subscription is valid for the period of the prepaid Novice subscription (i.e. 4 weeks). Your prepaid subscription will automatically rollover into a monthly plan if you do not cancel (i.e. inform customer service that you do NOT want your plan to roll over onto a monthly plan once the initial prepaid period expires).
All subscriptions:
Assuming that you advised of your cancellation before the end of your prepaid period, your cancellation will be effective at the end of your prepaid period. Please allow us up to 5 business days to process your cancellation/non-rollover request.
If you cancel during the term of your committed period, your cancellation will be effective at the end of the committed period and you will be charged the applicable monthly fee for all committed months.
If you attempt to cancel after you have already been billed for your next subscription month after the plan period, your cancellation will be effective as of the end of your next subscription month.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate your membership (as opposed to you canceling your membership), in the event you fail to pay the required Membership Fees, violate the Membership Agreement, Community Conduct Guidelines, or any other reason we deem as detrimental to the program or it’s members. If we terminate your membership prior to the end of a period for which you have incurred a charge, no refunds will be issued.
REFUNDS
Can I get a refund on my enrollment/ subscription?
Please note that generally, all enrollment/ subscriptions are non-refundable and monthly plans are non-refundable during your current subscription month (i.e. the month of your subscription that you are currently in).
For clarity, the enrollment fee and the full monthly fee for any month (or portion thereof) of any subscription elapsed is non-refundable, regardless of whether you participated in assigned activities or liquid regimen during that month.
